Refund policy

1. FRESH FOOD POLICY

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind once items are delivered or collected by delivery partner.

  • If your order is still being processed and not yet shipped or picked up for delivery, you may request changes to your order. We will check the fairness of request and  availability of item/s and decide from there.

2. WRONG / DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

  • Contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of items with photos and order details if your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete.

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit.

3. QUALITY CONCERNS

If you believe your product is not up to standard, contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of items with photos and order details. We will review your concern and offer a fair resolution.

4. WORKSHOP REFUNDS

  • If cancellations are made 48 hours before the workshop schedule, you may receive store credit.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours of the workshop schedule, fees are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel your workshop, you will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Perishable food items, sale items, gift cards, or items damaged after delivery cannot be refunded.
